Non-confidential portfolio

Patent-pending concepts across infrastructure control and physical systems.

Valor currently has 11 U.S. patent-pending filings and submissions. The primary commercial focus is the coherent infrastructure-control cluster; adjacent research lanes require separate technical, legal, and market validation.

Predictive thermal control

Concepts involving predictive thermal routing, pre-onset asymmetry detection, workload-to-infrastructure coordination, and capacity-preservation analysis.

Thermal stabilization

Infrastructure-control and material-state concepts intended for evaluation under changing load.

Acoustic and particle systems

Concepts involving adaptive boundary control, particulate manipulation, acoustic fields, and environmental response.

Filtration and environmental systems

Phononic, electrostatic, photocatalytic, and adaptive-control concepts for future diligence.

Advanced computing

Neuromorphic, phase-change-memory, memristive, and quantum-assisted research directions.

Adjacent research lanes

Neurological, tissue-fabrication, and other concepts not represented as validated products or near-term commercial offerings.

Patent status and evidence boundary

“Patent-pending” means an application or submission is on file. It does not mean a patent has been granted, that any particular claim will issue, that issued claims would be enforceable, or that technical performance has been independently validated.

Commercial evaluation requires claim review, prior-art and enablement analysis, freedom-to-operate diligence where appropriate, engineering validation, and evidence matched to the proposed field of use.

Mechanism-specific implementation, protected claim architecture, confidential diagrams, and unpublished technical material remain reserved for an NDA-scoped review.
