Privacy, data, and service boundary

Public forms are non-confidential screening tools.

Information collected

Valor may collect contact information, company information, project context, commercial timing, and non-confidential descriptions submitted voluntarily through the website.

Do not submit protected information

Do not submit passwords, credentials, network addresses, system diagrams, customer-confidential information, export-controlled information, regulated records, raw telemetry, personal health information, or protected technical details through public forms.

Purpose

Submitted information may be used to evaluate fit, respond to the inquiry, determine the appropriate engagement pathway, preserve a business record, and protect against spam or misuse.

No automatic relationship

A website submission does not create an NDA, engineering engagement, professional-engineering relationship, fiduciary duty, license, exclusivity, option, performance guarantee, safety approval, or operational authorization. Those rights arise only through a written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.

Analytical-service boundary

Any Capacity Preservation Review is a non-certified analytical assessment based on client-supplied information and explicit assumptions. It does not replace qualified engineering, OEM, operator, cybersecurity, legal, regulatory, commissioning, or safety review.

Retention and deletion

Valor may retain business inquiries for legitimate commercial, legal, security, and recordkeeping purposes. A submitter may request deletion where applicable, subject to legal and contractual requirements.

Professional review

This website language is a practical operating draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before confidential, regulated, or production data is accepted.
