A proposed framework for verified signal before actuation.

Physical-State Intelligence™ is Valor’s patent-pending architecture concept for evaluating what infrastructure may be becoming before a control decision is made. It is not represented as a field-proven autonomous platform.

Core doctrine

Predict. Verify. Constrain. Preserve recovery. Measure.

The proposed architecture is intended to combine workload intent, physical telemetry, equipment condition, operating history, environmental state, and recovery constraints before a response is recommended or authorized by the appropriate system owner.

The technical question is not only whether a model predicts a problem. It is whether independent evidence supports the prediction, the proposed response is physically executable, and the endpoint can be measured against a baseline.

Concept areas under development

  • Pre-onset thermal asymmetry detection
  • Infrastructure Memory™
  • Sensor contradiction resolution
  • Constraint migration analysis
  • Confidence-gated recommendations

Valor Observe™

Proposed precursor detection, contradiction resolution, state estimation, memory, and forensics layer.

Valor Decide™

Proposed constraint, counterfactual, bottleneck-migration, and validation-planning layer.

Valor Govern™

Proposed authorization, rollback, recovery, and endpoint-proof layer for partner implementation.

Current evidence boundary: Valor has defined architecture, filings, internal modeling, and a software-first validation path. Valor does not claim an independent production deployment, field-proven savings, certified safety function, or authority to operate customer equipment.
